Remove and Install the Fan Power Supply Circuit Board - Frame 6

Replace a fan power supply circuit board with kit catalog number SK-RM-PSB1-F5-F6. Follow these steps to remove and install the fan power supply circuit board.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Remove the cover from the chassis. See Remove and Install the Frame 6 Cover.
  4. Disconnect the cable connector P1 (A) from connector J1 on the fan power supply circuit board.
  5. Disconnect the cable connector P2 (B) from connector J2 on the fan power supply circuit board.

  6. Remove the six M4 x 10 mm slotted-Torx screws that secure the fan power supply circuit board to the mounting plate and remove the circuit board.

  7. Install the fan power supply circuit board in the reverse order of removal.
