Remove and Install the Control Pod Cover for Frames 8...15

You must remove the control pod cover to access other components inside the pod. Follow these steps to remove and install the control pod cover.
  1. Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
  2. Remove power from the system.
  3. Open the enclosure door.
  4. Loosen, but do not remove, the bottom two M4 x 8 mm slotted-Torx screws that secure the cover (A) to the assembly.
  5. Remove the top two M4 x 8 mm slotted-Torx screws that secure the cover to the assembly and remove the cover.

    TIP: The control pod is shown separated from the enclosure to clarify the instructions only.
  6. Install the control pod cover in the reverse order of removal.
