Remove and Install the DC Link Fuses for Frame 7
Replace the DC link fuses with the appropriate kit catalog number that is identified in this table:

Follow these steps to remove and install the DC link fuses.
- Review the product advisories in Before You Begin.
- Remove power from the system.
- Open the enclosure door.
- Remove the protective guard. See Remove and Install the Protective Guard for Frame 7.
- Disconnect the fuse wire harness connectors from the fuse indicator switches and retain the wire harness for reuse.
- TIP: Some components not shown for clarity only.
- Loosen, but do not remove the two M12 hexagonal nuts that secure each of the fuses to the connection DC bus bars and DC terminals on the power module.
- Remove the M10 hexagonal nut and bolt that secure each of the connection DC bus bars to the DC terminals on the power module.
- Remove the two M12 hexagonal nuts that secure each of the fuses to the connection DC bus bars and DC terminals on the power module and remove the DC bus bars and fuses.
- Install the DC link fuses in the reverse order of removal.
- Verify that the fuse wire harness connectors are installed on the outer two terminals of the fuse indicator switches.
