Energize 755TL and 755TR Drives with 24V Auxiliary Power
This procedure applies to drives with 24V auxiliary power.
When you power up the drive for the first time, energize three-phase power first. When the three-phase power up is complete, then energize the 24V auxiliary power.
IMPORTANT:
This procedure assumes that 24V auxiliary power was not removed when the product was de-energized. If you are conducting an initial powerup, or if 24V auxiliary power was removed, only apply 24V auxiliary power as the final step in the energize sequence.
PowerFlex 755TL and 755TR Drives with 24V Auxiliary Power
Energize the product in the following sequence:
- Leave 24V auxiliary power (C) energized when the drive is not in operation. This keeps up the control and communication.
- Energize three-phase power (A).
- Turn the fused disconnect switch (B) to the ‘On’ position.
- After the drive boots up, clear any faults related to the three-phase outage.
