De-energize Systems with 24V Auxiliary Power and with 240V Control Power
PowerFlex 755TM System with 24V Auxiliary Power and with 240V Control Power
De-energize the product in the following sequence:
- Leave 24V auxiliary power (C) energized when the drive is not in operation.
- Leave the DC precharge switches (F) for the common bus inverters in the ‘On’ position when the drive system is not in operation. This step is not required for common bus inverters without DC precharge. If 24V is removed, the DC precharge switch (F) should be ‘Off’.
- Leave the control power switches (E) for the common bus inverters in the ‘On’ position when the drive system is not in operation. If 24V is removed, the control power switch (E) should be ‘Off’.
- De-energize 240V control power (D). This is only needed to turn off heatsink fans on LCL filters.
- Turn the fused disconnect switch (B) to the ‘Off’ position.
- De-energize three-phase power (A). This may not be needed.
