Preventative and Predictive Maintenance

For applications that demand the highest levels of machine availability, Rockwell Automation recommends regularly scheduled preventative maintenance for
PowerFlex®
 product components. There are two methods for planning preventative maintenance for your product:
  • Follow a recommended preventative maintenance schedule for the operating environment applicable to your drive, bus supply, or common bus inverter.
  • The predicted remaining life of components appears on the Predictive Maintenance page in the
    Connected Components Workbench™
     and
    Studio 5000 Logix Designer®
     software applications.
